Kinstretch Spotlight: Spine Stuff



Week 4 is an allocated class focusing on the structures of the spine.



This week as in all classes we try to gain more control of over the most important aspects of the spine, mainly flexion and extension. More particularly we want to be able segment in the spine, i.e. being able to individual control the flexion and extension of individual vertebrae of the spine.

RHS Kinstrech is part of the RHS membership and serves as a general body mobility course to be done along the programmed Functional Range Conditioning program that each member is given to work on pre-requisites to meet their particular activity of choice or problem areas.
