Kinstretch Spotlight: Flexion in all the zones
Kinstretch Spotlight
Week 2 of the RHS Kinstretch Membership is reserved for work around the upper body. This we ventured a little more focus into Shoulder Flexion and Extension. While always working on the rotational capacity of joints working on the other ranges can further instill resilience to the tissues we are targeting.
For Shoulder Flexion, in particular, this will aid in many sports or activities being able to go overhead for lifting for instance is an integral pre-requisite especially when working into different zones of flexion.
For instance, someone’s grips and zone of shoulder flexion will be different in a shoulder press, the clean and a snatch. Playing with different sticky area can further bolster these specific ranges.
In this clip you can see some of the different Flexion exercises we performed this week.
