Kinstretch Spotlight: Knee Stuff



Week 3 of the RHS Kinstretch program generally focuses on the lower body.



This week’s main objective was a little attention to the knee. 



This clip shows some of the training on the knee itself but also some accessory work on knee extension and flexion



-Knee Rotation Pails/Rails

-Hamstring Pails/Rails

-Knee Extension Holds/Liftoffs



RHS Kinstrech is part of the RHS membership and serves as a general body mobility course to be done along the programmed Functional Range Conditioning program that each member is given to work on pre-requisites to meet their particular activity of choice or problem areas.
